Contact the dmv for your home state. that is the state where you will register the car permanently. the car and owner are registered in the owners state not in the state where the owner might temporarily assigned.

The new technology is based on something called magnetic resonance coupling, which is where dual copper coils are made to resonate at the same frequency. After placing the coils several feet apart, one is connected to an electric current, which by its nature creates a magnetic field around it. But because the second coil is just close enough, it too begins to resonate at the same frequency as the first, in essence, transferring power from the first coil to the second without having used any wires.

Not for a very, very long time. why? fuel. think about it, airplane/jet/rocket fuel is many times more expensive than the gas you put in your car. not only would we have to develop miniaturized plane engines for cars, as well as an engine that can move it laterally and vertically, but also find some way to produce a powerful fuel for it. honestly, i don’t think it will ever happen, but science is amazing. fifty years ago i’m sure people thought that a computer that was the size of the room was cutting edge, but now i can hold one in the palm of my hand. my estimate would For Extended Warranty be maybe 100 years before the government or military develops such technology, maybe 300 before it is available to the general public, and maybe 500-1000 before such technology becomes the favorable option to cars.keep in mind, massive strides would need to be made into the above listed things, but as well as simple as stoplights and roads. how would you make a stoplight levitate? would you even need one in a three dimensional space, or would cars have the radars i mentioned to stop collisions. it doesn’t sound very safe. also, terrorism; i’m sure someone would attempt to use these as a weapon. so due to all these problems, i think it will be a very long time, if ever, that you see flying cars.

A lot of it comes from burning fossil fuels. the relative amount of pollution however is the actual measure that determines whether the vehicles are eco-friendly. also, as we hopefully move away from fossil fuels and towards the use of more energy sources that are clean and renewable, this will be less of a consideration.

I know. somehow "freedom" has come to mean forced pregnancies, marriage only for some, and the bible becoming the only valid source of authority.
